The 5th International Furniture Manufacturing Components Exhibition (IFMAC) and Woodworking Machinery Exhibition (WOODMAC) in 2016 is fast gaining momentum to reach its track record as the industry’s foremost sourcing, procurement and information event for the inter-linked furniture manufacturing and woodworking sectors. With more than half of the exhibition space already taken up by returning companies and the remaining expanded space exclusively reserved for new exhibitors and country pavilions or groups, IFMAC & WOODMAC 2016 are once again earmarked as the industry’s awaited events to see the best and most competitive companies in the business. 
 
Over 250 global industry players comprising prominent machine manufacturers, equipment distributors and products suppliers as well as Indonesia’s most enterprising furniture and woodwork-related businesses representing major international brands will be exhibiting their latest furniture manufacturing and woodworking technologies. With five more months to go before its staging on 28-30 September in Jakarta this year, IFMAC & WOODMAC are on track to achieve its target of opening  full-house exhibitions spanning across three halls to over 15,000 international trade buyers and domestic visitors.

Recording multiple successful participations since IFMAC & WOODMAC debut in 2012,  international companies such as Po Chiao Industry Co., Ltd From Taiwan , King Slide Works Co.,Lts from Taiwan, BIESSE from Italy are amongst the early-bird companies to have secured their booth at the exhibitions. High international presence on the show floor will be further enliven with the new spread of exhibitors from Japan, Denmark, France, German, South Korea, Turkey, Thailand, United Kingdom, U.S.A and the exhibitors will also host exhibitors from Finland and India for the first-time, indicating high foreign investment interest in Indonesia’s furniture industry. Early projections have indicated that 40% of the exhibition floor will be occupied by international companies and their subsidiaries.
